Masterfit University is excited to be returning to Europe for 2026 with a full slate of programs from Associate through Masters+.
We are pleased to be partnering on this event with our new European distributor, Kogros Sport B.V., the Lange/Dynastar distributor for the Benelux countries and a leading supplier of sporting equipment. Kogros will be representing Masterfit across the entire continent (with the exception of the UK).

Important Information
The hotel extends and guarantees the following room/suite rates, per room, per night, single or double occupancy, and are subject to room tax, which is currently thirteen percent (13.5%) and subject to change and the city tax currently at $3 per night.
There are currently no hotel shuttles from the Reno-Tahoe airport but there are several shuttle services, ride-share and rental cars. This is subject to change so please check with the hotel closer to the event date to see if shuttle service has resumed.

Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is made. Please note the cutoff dates for guaranteed hotel room rates. These are the dates upon which our hotel room block is released by the hotel. Each individual property may have rooms available after these specified dates at the rate noted, but there is no guarantee of either availability or the special rate.
