PARKING
Attendees must park in Lot A or in Sundance Lot. Parking at the Grand Summit is available only to guests lodging at the hotel.
Important Information
The hotel extends and guarantees the following room/suite rates, per room, per night, single or double occupancy, and are subject to room tax, which is currently thirteen percent (13.5%) and subject to change and the city tax currently at $3 per night.
There are currently no hotel shuttles from the Reno-Tahoe airport but there are several shuttle services, ride-share and rental cars. This is subject to change so please check with the hotel closer to the event date to see if shuttle service has resumed.
