The Associates Plus course is ideal for attendees who want to develop insole fabrication and grinding skills, better liner and shell modification skills, and snowboard-specific snowboard bootfitting techniques but aren’t quite ready for the Master’s curriculum.

Associates Plus also gives those attendees who need to “wait for their ride” to finish day two of a Master’s Course the opportunity to put their time to productive use.

Intensive Training for Experienced Boot Techs!

Our most popular course. This two-day session is packed with practical information you can use to immediately improve sales and customer service. It features extensive hands-on practice opportunities and frequent breakout sessions on core topics including athlete assessment, sales strategies, footbeds construction, boot stretching and grinding, stance alignment…and more!

Day One covers the core skills and concepts that are the key building blocks to success in bootfitting. The program uses a blend of multi-media assisted group lecture, small group break-out sessions and hands-on learning practice. In the morning of Day Two, attendees participate in a focused hands-on workshop session of their choosing. In the afternoon attendees participate in their choices of three, hour-long skills-development workshops on a variety of topics.

Taking Your Expertise to the Pinnacle!

For highly experienced bootfitting pros who have already taken the Masters workshop, this hands-on immersion workshop focuses on technical bootfitting issues. The Masters Plus curriculum mirrors that of the Masters course on day one but at a level of discussion and understanding that presumes a high degree of experience with the subject matter.

The Masters Plus agenda is loose enough to follow trajectories of interest to the group but still maintains a focus on hands-on learning with a crisp pace. Masters Plus provides experienced Master bootfitters with the latest methods for executing successful bootfitting plans.
