To qualify for group lodging rates, identify yourself as a participant at 'Masterfit University 2008' when making reservations. Please note the cutoff dates for guaranteed hotel room rates. These are the dates upon which our hotel room block is released by the hotel. Each individual property may have rooms available after these specified dates at the rate noted, but there is no guarantee of either availability or the special rate.Please note that registration begins promptly at 9 am on day one for all courses. The Associate Course and Masters courses begin at 9:30am and end at 6 pm. The second day of Masters course runs from 9 am to 5 pm.
Dress is extremely casual. We recommend sandals and shorts (or pants that roll easily above the knee for easy bio mechanical analysis). Please bring your ski or snowboard boots. Socks are provided to each participant courtesy of Eurosock.

Reservations will be telephoned directly to Hotel Reservation Department at 1-800-648-5010. In order to receive the group rate, callers must identify their affiliation with Masterfit University 2008. Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is made.
Each room offers a casual and comfortable vantage point from which to take in views of the majestic Sierra Nevada Mountains or downtown Reno's luminous cityscape. We offer free shuttle service to and from Reno Tahoe International Airport.
Hotel extends and guarantees the following room/suite rates, per room, per night, single or double occupancy, and are subject to Washoe County room tax, which is currently thirteen point five percent (13.5%) and subject to change. A charge of $10.00 will be added for each guest over double occupancy with a maximum of four (4) guests per room.
